Referral Program Details

To ensure accurate tracking and acknowledgment of referrals, all prospects must mention their referral source during their initial tour and complete the corresponding section on the sign-in form. 

 

Suites: $2,600 per month – $750 Referral Fee

  • Two offices connected by a large cased opening between them
  • $280 in meeting room credit per month – 14 credits (6 month term)

 

Private Office (1 desk): $1,200 per month – $350 Referral Fee

  • Furnished office with a desk, chair, lamp, and guest chair.
  • $140 in meeting room credit per month – 7 credits (6-month term)

 

Private Office (2 desks): $1,700 per month – $500 Referral Fee

  • Furnished office with 2 desks, chairs, lamps, and 2 guest chairs.
  • $280 in meeting room credit per month – 14 credits (6-month term)
